Eyecatcher and rigging on the exhibition floor
At 2FAIR you can easily upgrade your exhibition stand with for example an eyecatcher. The addition of an eyecatcher can greatly increase the attention value of your exhibition stand. You will be surprised how affordable these can be. An eyecatcher can be a lampshade, a light box or a massive 3D object suspended from the ceiling by rigging.

Eyecatchers can also be placed on the ground, such as polystyrene letters, logos or shapes, a light box or an LED wall. With our modular frames, a light box and an LED wall can also be easily integrated into the exhibition stand.
In most places, everything can be suspended from the ceiling. Let your imagination run free and do not let yourself be limited, certainly not in the early stages. Do a brainstorm with your team and come up with unique and creative solutions. Start planning early and read your exhibitors' manual. We would love to see this manual too. Each city, facility and show has its own guidelines and regulations.
Note that ceiling heights, weight restrictions, the location of your booth on the show floor and show regulations all determine what is possible. Also, fixed rigging points are not always exactly above the stand. However, by placing trusses, your stand can be reached. By applying this construction system, your stand can easily be arranged according to your own taste. Unfortunately, the costs may then increase. Every location has its own rigging plan and our experts will gladly look with you to find the right solution for you.
The guy wire, hand hoists or electric hoists are always hung by the technical companies connected to the trade fair location. This is done to ensure that all points suspended from the ceiling are installed before any other points on the exhibition floor. This is the safest way of installation and saves everyone time and money. It also creates enough space on the exhibition floor. It is therefore important to take this into account in the planning. The start of the first work at the location may therefore be a few days earlier than the regular stand construction. Our studio may therefore ask you to deliver works of art earlier that need to be hung by means of rigging.
The truss, rigging, lighting and/or video walls are hung and checked together with the mechanics of 2FAIR. For the assembly of these objects, clear protocols and guidelines have been written. Thus, our project managers guard the safety during the entire process and we guarantee during the trade show that everything is hung properly.
Light boxes, moving signs that are driven by a rotating motor, for example, and video walls require power in the air. So always make sure that a power point is requested next to the rigging points.
The project managers of 2FAIR are always present on location during the installation. They supervise the correct implementation of the installation plan. This can save you money, because in case of unforeseen circumstances good decisions can be made on the spot. It is therefore of the utmost importance that our project managers receive the correct information, such as assembly and disassembly times and installation times. This way, our project managers can properly supervise the project.
If you do not hire a professional to supervise your project, remember to order materials and labour after your design is ready. After all, all designs must be reviewed and approved by the trade show organization. At 2FAIR we make sure that the project is delivered properly, so that the required labour and conditions can be properly estimated. Any extra labour that the organisation and the riggers have to perform on location can be invoiced at a higher rate per hour and possibly overtime.
Investing in your eycatchers and your organisation sets you apart from the rest. This can make the difference in the success of your participation.
2FAIR makes your participation easy and successful
