Complete your stand with our high-quality event floor covering. You can of course choose from various colours.
Project management
All costs include project management, set-up and breakdown, transport and stand design. You don't have to worry about anything.
Storage
Storage of your materials and a kitchen in the exhibition stand are always useful. It keeps all your equipment and products safely out of sight. The pantry comes with a filled fridge, a Nespresso machine, hanging rods, shelves, sockets and a storage cupboard that you can lock up.
Raise your stand for greater visibility. You can easily raise your stand by raising a wall or part of a wall by half a metre to one and a half metres. This solution comes standard with a white back banner, but for extra attention value you can opt for a full colour banner.
With an integrated light box, your stand will shine even brighter and you will be seen from afar.
An innovative modular LED display. A revolutionary product that can be seamlessly integrated into the stand. Moving images make your company, product or service stand out even more to visitors.
A suspended ceiling provides more intimacy on the stand and creates additional communication space at the front.

Moving images attract attention and increase the attention value of the stand. I-pads can be used to let customers fill in their own data to get in touch with your organisation again at a later time. In this way, you can easily follow-up on your participation in the trade fair.
Your company is visible from afar with a full-colour lampshade, Sphere or 3D model above your stand. That way, everyone knows where to find you and you won't be missed. An eye-catcher is sure to attract attention.
A neat and clean stand is an attractive stand. It gives visitors the right impression of your company or organisation. This helps in establishing new contacts and maintaining existing ones.
A friendly and articulate hostess increases your lead generation. And if you or your colleagues are busy, a hostess will ensure that the potential customer stays at your stand, so you never miss an opportunity for a good lead! If you are having a drink at your stand, it is nice to have serving staff on hand. They ensure that your guests are well-served and you can concentrate fully on your visit.
With a generously filled fridge and Nespresso machine, you're all set. Let your team be provided with food and drinks during the event as well, so that all your time can be spent on your customers.
A free-standing banner, a beach flag or the placement of poster bins around the stand provide extra communication and visibility. Presentation materials complete the exhibition stand.
Provide interesting content or a striking product presentation during or after the fair. You will stand out with a video production or animation. All our stands are delivered event ready, with lighting, reception desk with storage space and furniture. All walls will be fitted with high-quality textiles made from 100% recycled PET bottles.
This stand comes with many extras. The storage includes a filled fridge, a Nespresso machine, hanging rods, shelves, sockets and a storage cupboard that you can lock. Furthermore, you can complement the stand with various accessories such as plants, a raised floor or wall and free-standing banners.
Personalise your stand
Want to personalise the stand even more? You can add a digital screen, fix your logo above your stand or place illuminated poster boxes. An upgrade is also possible by adding a raised floor, extra furniture, or an eye-catcher, for example. Let us know your wishes and our account managers will do the rest.
Additions to the stand
Be ready with a smile when you open the fair! We make sure you have thought of everything. Such as cleaning of the stand, surveillance of the stand, a hostess who welcomes your customers or food and drinks. If you would like to have an eye-catcher, a product presentation or a video made during the event, we are happy to help you with that too.
The rental of the location, electricity, water connection and WIFI are not included in our full-service price, as these are part of your booking. If you have an eye-catcher in the air, the costs for rigging are also not included in our price, but we are of course happy to arrange this for you.
